Over time, the external part of mortar joints becomes weathered and start to decay, which causes the mortar between the bricks to crack and fall out. If left, this weathering will continue to decay the mortar and greatly jeopardise the integrity of the structure.
From grinding out the existing damaged mortar and renewing the joints we revive the structures integrity. (It also makes the brickwork look brand new which is a bonus!)
